Guidance of rice planting

I inform you a schedule of rice planting.
I do rice planting and a getting close party on Saturday of May 28.
You please gather for Kurosawa brewing by 1:15 p.m.
If it is a little rain, we plant rice.
However, I do only a getting close party at 3:00 pm in the case of a heavy rain.
You please come with the clothes which may be stained.
Please prepare boots if you do not want to enter a rice field barefoot.
If it is necessary, you should prepare for a towel and change of clothes.
If a method to come to Kurosawa brewing is a train, please get off in JR koumi Line at Yachiho Station.
It will be for you to arrive from a station on foot in foot five minutes.
When you come by car from the SAKU area, you enter SAKUHO-cho in National highway No. 141,
and please make a left turn in the second pedestrian bridge.
When it comes from the KIYOSATO area, you enter SAKUHO-cho in National highway No. 141,
and please turn right in the first pedestrian bridge.
You cross a bridge, and the front is Kurosawa brewing.

Fee:
10,000yen per person or 13,000yen per pair (two people)
+ Participation costs (with a souvenir) 1,500yen per person.

赤坂プリンスホテル別館５階に長野の酒が勢揃い50蔵約300アイテムの大試飲会がおこなわれました。ご来場いただきました皆様誠にありがとうございました。
予想より来場者数が伸びなかったのは残念ですが地道にPRしていくしかないですね。
今回は思い切っていつもとは違うものを出して反応を見てみようと言うリストでしたが如何でしたでしょうか。ご来場され当ブースにお立ち寄りの方からのコメントお待ちしております。

せっかく終了時に集まっていただいたのにお付き合いできませんで申し訳ございませんでした。片付け（搬出まで・・・）の後、東京駅でビールと夕飯をかき込み慌しく終電に乗り家にたどり着いたのは12時・・・来年は次の日に東京で仕事入れておきます。

尚、関東支部の皆様　かっし～さんからのお誘いです。
6/8(水）にも「八千穂美醸会　関東支部会　in　秋葉原」も決定！関東の方というか秋葉原まで呑みに来れる方は是非どうぞ～。
だそうです。あいにく私は長野で勉強会・・・・だったと思います・・・・

みなさ～ん!!こちらが本年度から八千穂美醸会専用の田んぼ(圃場）です。
今までの須田徳之さんの田んぼから黒澤酒造の裏山、浅間と八ヶ岳を望む台地に位置します。昨年までよりも若干小さく感じますが登記上は同じ1反歩です。
須田さんの手を離れ（もちろん農業指導はお願いしてありますが）田を起こし、あぜシートを張り、基肥を撒き、水を張り、田かきをし・・・・う～ん、なかなか大変です。田植えまであと2週間、この水を維持し土を安定させます。









昨年まで別の人が作っており少し管理が悪かったようなのであぜシートを押さえていた棒などが土中に残っている可能性もあり田植え長靴などをご用意されたほうが無難だと担当が言っておりますので一応ご注意ください。

慣れない仕事で腰の痛い事務局でした。

Recruiting Members for the 2005 Yachiho Beautiful Sake Brewing Club

Experience brewing your own Japanese rice wine (sake) right through
from the rice-planting stage to the brewing stage in Yachiho at the foot of the
Yatsugatake Mountains and upper Chikuma River.
You plant your own rice, harvest it, and brew sake from it at a brewery in Yachiho.
This is open for anyone interested in having this unique experience and
who would like to taste their very own self-produced sake!
- Participants must be adults and be able to come to
Yachiho (southern Saku Region) for the various stages.
- There will be around 70 participants (of which 10 positions
are available for AETs, foreign residents etc.)

Program:
Mid-May – end of May -rice planting and beginning party
End of September -rice harvesting and harvest party
End of January -brewing
Mid-February -sake pressing observation
Mid-March – end of March -new sake tasting party
There may also be other occasions for parties as options.

Fee:
-10,000yen per person (includes two 1.8L bottles of your own made new sake
and a specially-made brewing apron)
-or 13,000yen per pair (two people) (includes two 1.8L bottles of your own
made new sake and two specially-made brewing aprons)
-costs for each party during the course will be separate at around 1,500yen
each time and collected each time

大脱走です。

雑草を食べてくれるのはいいのですが通り道には落し物が…

約50蔵の自慢のお酒をどうぞお楽しみください。もちろん弊社も出展いたしますので是非ご来場ください。

久々に合鴨達の近況報告。

餌の競争率が少なくなったせいか結構太りました。（今が食べどき？）
食ってばっかりです。
今日も魚に餌をあげたら沈んだ魚の餌を横取り。
しまいにゃあ魚のしっぽに噛み付きました。
困ったものです。

っていうかみなさん鴨達の名前考えてくださいよー。
このままではいつまでたっても名無しのままですよ…
